Our system is designed to make it easy for you to get the information that you need and to provide flexible payment options.
Partial Payments: You can pay your bill in full or make a partial payment. If a partial payment is made, reminder notifications will be will be sent to you via email or text on a regular basis until the account is paid in full.
Payment Receipt: Provide an email address when you pay your bill and a receipt will be emailed to you. You can also screenshot the payment confirmation.
Auto-Payments: If a partial payment is made, the system will invite you to use our Auto-Pay program for your convenience. You select the amount to be paid each month and the system will charge that amount to your credit card until paid in full. A receipt for each payment will be emailed to you if an email address is on file.
Mail in Payments: If you prefer, you can mail a payment to the address provided. The mailing address for payments can be found at the bottom of the page after logging into the system.
Print Paper Bill:
If you would prefer a paper bill, you can have that too.
Email: If you received your bill by email and would like a paper pill for your records, click on the “Print Bill” icon on the screen after logging in and print a bill for your records.
Text: If you received a text and would like a paper bill, you have two options.
1) Click the link, login and take a screenshot of the landing page, which will show the Practice, Patient Name, Date of Service and Amount Due.
2) Reply “Email” to the text and switch to email notifications. It might take several days for the email to be sent depending on the billing cycle. The email link, once logged in, includes a “Print Bill” icon that allows you to print a bill for your records.
